Disclaimer of Warranties

PackLess provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not represent or warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackLess shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payments

All payments for the Services provided by PackLess must be made using the secure payment system as facilitated through our website. We accept major credit cards and payment services as specified at checkout.
Full payment is required at the time of order placement to confirm your rental reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled delivery date to qualify for a full refund.
If a cancellation is made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled delivery, a cancellation fee may apply as specified in our Cancellation Policy.

Non-return and Damage Fees

If rental items are not returned on the agreed-upon return date, a late fee will be charged for each day the item is detained, as detailed in the Fee Schedule available on our website.
Users are responsible for items from the time of delivery until the time of return. A full retail price charge will be applied to the payment method on file for items that are not returned or are returned with significant damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Security Deposits

PackLess may require a security deposit for the rental items, which will be authorized on your credit card but not charged. The deposit will be released upon confirmation of the item's proper return in an acceptable condition, as determined by PackLess.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes related to payments, users must contact PackLess Support within a reasonable time frame to resolve the issue. All decisions by PackLess regarding disputes are final.

Amendments to the Services

The failure of PackLess to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these T&Cs is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these T&Cs remain in full force and effect.

Statute of Limitations

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or these T&Cs must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
